Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
This is the fastest way to delete your account. Open the Dice King app and follow these steps:
Open Settings
Tap the Profile icon in the top bar, then choose Settings.
Tap “Delete Account”
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap the Delete Account option.
Confirm Your Identity
Re-enter your login credentials to verify the request belongs to you.
Confirm Permanent Deletion
Read the warning carefully and tap Yes, Delete Permanently. Your request is queued immediately.
Option 2 — Delete via this website
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion directly here:
- Fill out the Account Deletion Request Form below.
- Or email us directly at support@diceking.app from the email address registered with your account.
For security, we will verify ownership of the account before processing your request.
What happens after you submit a deletion request
Within 24 hours
Your account is locked from further sign-in to prevent unauthorized use.
Within 7 days
We verify your identity and confirm receipt of your request by email.
Within 30 days
Your account and personal data are permanently deleted from our active systems.
Within 90 days
Deletion is propagated from secure backups and disaster-recovery systems.
Data that will be permanently deleted
- Profile information (name, email, phone, profile picture, date of birth)
- Login credentials and authentication tokens
- In-app preferences and settings
- Friends, referrals and social connections
- Match history, statistics and personal gameplay records
- Wallet balance and transaction notes linked to your profile
- Support messages and feedback you submitted
Data we must retain (and why)
- Payment and withdrawal transaction records (tax / accounting compliance)
- Records related to investigations of fraud, abuse or policy violations
- Aggregated, non-identifying analytics that cannot be linked back to you
- Information required to be retained by applicable law
All such retained records are isolated, access-restricted and used only for the specific legal purpose.
